Artists of all ages and skill levels are encouraged to submit and display their artwork. Artists must complete a free RSVP/registration form in order to display their art. The submission form can be found at the bottom of this page. After registering, artists can bring their work to the Dow James Building on Thursday, November 12 from 4pm - 8pm, or Friday, November 13 from 12pm to 4pm. Artists will fill out a slip with their information for each piece of art they bring.

Artwork that was created within the last three years with a Tooele County theme will be eligible for judging and prizes. Artwork that depicts locations in Tooele County or that captures the spirit of Tooele County will be eligible for competition.

The competition skill levels are Student, Amateur, and Professional.

The competition categories are Painting, Drawing, Photography, Digital Art, and Pottery/Sculpture.

Artwork that does not fit the competition theme will be displayed at the event in a separate location and will not be eligible for competition.

Artists are asked to bring their own means of hanging or displaying their art if they are able. Artists that plan to bring large works of art or multiple works of art are especially encouraged to bring their own hangers, clips, easels, etc.

Artists that wish to make their work available for sale may do so. Please include a price and your contact information with the artwork so that interested buyers may contact you.

All artwork must be appropriate for all ages to view. Art depicting violence, sexual content, drug use, or other mature themes will not be allowed.

AI generated content or imagery will not be accepted. Work must be human-made and must be your own.

Artists that wish to sell and display a large amount of their work may apply to have a 10×10 booth space at the event. This application is included in the event registration form. Once the applications are reviewed, the artist will be notified if they have been granted a booth space. A $30 fee will be due from accepted applicants.

Artwork must remain on display until the event has concluded at 4:00pm on Saturday, November 14. Artwork must be picked up by the artist on Saturday, November 14 between 4pm and 6pm. Artwork that is not claimed by 6pm will be donated. Please do not bring your artwork for display if you are unable to pick it up during the designated time.
