The Wall Between Worlds: Mixed Media Landscape Class for Teens and Adults
What if day and night existed side by side?
In this imaginative mixed media class, you'll create a surreal landscape divided by a winding wall that separates two very different worlds. On one side, glowing sunset skies burst with rich oranges, reds, and purples. On the other, a moonlit night sparkles with stars beneath a deep, dark sky.
Nestled among rolling hills and trees sits a weathered little house, caught between the warmth of day and the mystery of night. Using watercolor, acrylic paint, and cut-paper silhouettes, you'll build a striking artwork filled with contrast, color, and atmosphere.
This project combines simple painting techniques with layered mixed-media elements to create a piece that looks both whimsical and dramatic.
No drawing experience is needed. Templates and step-by-step instruction will be provided, making this class perfect for beginners and experienced artists alike.
Come explore the space between sunlight and starlight and create your own Wall Between Worlds.
